Description
Enhanced with Cardamom, Doterra Air is a remarkable blend of essential oils. A staple in the Doterra essential oil line, this proprietary blend consists of Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Lemon, Ravensara, and Cardamom essential oils. dōTERRA Air can be applied topically to the chest, back, or bottom of feet to calm the senses.

How to use
- Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
- Topical use: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil.
