Hi friends,

DRINK-UP & STAY HYDRATED !

We all know it's important to drink enough water.

After all, we are part water.

Our body needs water to keep us up & running.

Water cools, hydrates, cleanses and clears.

By drinking water we help our body flush out the toxins and keep us healthy.

HOW MUCH WATER DO I NEED TO DRINK A DAY?

The recommended amount of water-intake is  6 - 8 glasses per day.

Quite a lot, even if you do count your morning coffees and tea.

So what do you do when you don't really like drinking water?

You add a little extra flavour!

ADD TASTE WITH A DROP OF ESSENTIAL OIL

Add a drop of essential oil to your glass of water to give it an uplifting and refreshing taste.

One drop ๐Ÿ’ง is all you need.

That's what I do.

It makes drinking water fun and tasty.

And it will help keep you away from all those tempting sugary drinks.

Adding essential oils to your daily water intake is a super easy and healthy way to stay hydrated.

And I also love that the essential oil each have their own special extra benefits: bringing us feelings of joy, abundance, energy, positivity, and more.

Here's a list of a oils that I add to my daily water on a regular basis:

Stay safe with Doterra's essential oils

I can only vouch for the internal use of Doterra essential oils.

Please remember that not all essential oils are created the same.

Doterra's essential oils are pure and thoroughly tested.

Essential oils from other distributors may include fillers, preservatives or impurities that lower the quality of the oils and make it unsafe for internal use. Please stay safe and check before use if it's safe for you to use the essential oils internally.

Take care ๐Ÿงก ,

Diane
